Possible cover?

By Joel Sheesley entitled
Interior with Crucifix and Nothing Special

The case for the image: I like the quiet of the image, the shadow of the bird house, how mundane everything is.
Does it say Furious Lullaby? I'm not sure.

Beautiful and moody painting. Do you want an image that specifically speaks to the phrase "furious lullaby"?

It's a gorgeous painting, but it doesn't really say Furious Lullaby to me. But that may be OK, if your intention is for it to contrast the title.

Here's the thing about the painting that I like:

It says "Aubade" to me. And the manuscript contains almost eleven poems that have the word "Aubade" in them.

Do I want an image that says "Furious Lullaby"? I'm not sure. My fear is beating people over the head with the idea. Of course, I may be doing that already with all the damn "Aubades" in the manuscript.

I love this artist, thanks for the link. And I like that one for the cover -- esp. after reading your TOC. Oh, Oliver, I can't wait to read your book! Yay!
