Happened upon this question just before logging off. Do you still shop at record stores? NME poses this question and an article here.
Me? Absolutely I still shop at record stores, though less so nowadays. If I'm in downtown Bellingham, I almost always have to stop at Everyday Music. It's such a great record store . . . I lose all track of time there.
There's nothing quite like diving through stacks. I feel a similar joy when browsing through book shelves at book stores.

Record stores? What record stores? They're more and more rare around here except for the occasional used CD store. Does that count as a record store?
Hardly ever, I'm sad to say. I've become a download fan.
